Link Arms with the Core Services of Team Expansion
For prospective workers in the equipping stage who have completed Launch, Link is the vital second half of the required training for all Team Expansion personnel. During this 1-week training course at Team Expansion’s 60-acre Emerald Hills campus in Louisville, Kentucky, you will meet the International Services staff and access the resources at your disposal so you will be equipped for your transition to the field.
NOTE: You are responsible for your own transportation to sessions. If you are needing assistance arranging lodging, you may contact us about housing options.
While parents are participating in this training, their children will take part in age-appropriate and field-specific programming facilitated by our Third Culture Kid (TCK) Care team. They will explore a variety of topics including identity/home, emotions, curiosity/culture, teamwork/resiliency, and healthy goodbyes in order to help the whole family thrive in the midst of transition to this new season of ministry. After you register, one of our TCK Caregivers will contact you in order to adapt our curriculum to meet your children’s needs.
