• Love for the Lord Jesus Christ
• Love for the lost
• A burning compassion for and deep commitment to help unreached people groups
• Experience in ministry and discipleship (other areas, as needed for the respective precise role in the specific outreach)
• Creativity
• Willingness to pray
• Administration skills, as needed, for maintaining a good relationship and accountability to supporters
• Ability to work well with a group of volunteers
• Not given to a critical spirit
• “Can-do” attitude

• Willingness to utilize e-mail communication, or other means if email is unavailable

• Attend Launch, Kairos course, Jonathan Training, MTI, and other necessary trainings

Purpose/Goal of Ministry

To use agricultural knowledge and skill to make disciples that make disciples, and in this way see the Lord catalyze a disciple-making movement (DMM) among them.
