Do you want to help mobilize Californians to engage in the Great Commission?

An extension of the International Services Mobilization Team, the CA Regional Mobilizer will be tasked with building up relationships with churches, universities, and other organizations on the West Coast. Expected to maintain high level of communication with the home offices in Louisville, KY. Can be a full-time or part-time position.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Enrich already established relationships with a list of schools and churches in the L.A./San Diego area by being available in-person on campuses regularly
• Seek out enlarging awareness of Team Expansion in new avenues in the region
• Mobilize and coach potential recruits from this region for internships, apprenticeships and full-time opportunities
• Speak on and train in DMM practices in the area
• Monthly LIFT calls with Mobilization Director
• Participation in Mobilization team-building as able
• Annual Participation in ICOM (missions conference)
• Participation in our Connect Gathering at least once every 3 years

Qualifications & Requirements

• Some overseas experience, even if short-term trips, is ideal
• Enjoys travel and able to be away on recruiting trips for several days at a time
• Good communicator, both in-person and through electronic means
• Self-motivated, organized, energized by meeting new people
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Complete required trainings
