Team Expansion General Prayer Request for April 18, 2018
Praise God for opportunities in Kosova for workers to reach school age children with the Gospel. They are continuing to look for teachers for elementary grades, middle and high school science and social studies, an elementary school principal, a high school principal, and a school counselor. Pray that God provides people to fill these roles who would have deep, long-term impact for the Kingdom of God.
Pray for the 30 Cities Initiative
Los Angeles, California’s large multi-ethnic population means that a wide variety of faiths are practiced: Buddhism, Hinduism, Islam, Zoroastrianism, Sikhism, Baha’i, various Eastern Orthodox churches, Sufism and many others. Pray for Truth to be revealed and proclaimed. Ask God to equip, energize, and empower the churches in LA and mobilize them to spread the Gospel throughout the city and surrounding areas.
Pray for Gospel Breakthrough: Rome, Italy
Jesus never came to “found an institution” but to start a revolution – a revolution where He wrested control of all humans away from Satan and now calls all to repent, to denounce allegiance to sin and Satan, and be forgiving in His Name. LORD, may all Christian workers join that revolution.
Pray for Team Expansion Worker: Rebekah Hannum
Join Rebekah in Spain in praying for Patricia’s faithfulness to Jesus. Pray that she would remain steady in Christ and that she would grow and obey God in sharing her faith with others. Pray for Patricia’s family and ask God to use Patricia to reach her husband. Pray for the team, especially Barbara, who will be helping her to grow.

| Wolof in Senegal
The French expanded into Senegal during the 1800s, making it a colony of French West Africa. In 1946, the Wolof of Senegal were awarded French citizenship, and today, many Wolof have their homes in France. The Wolof follow a complex code of behavior that is based on their social status. Intermarriage among the three classes is a very rare occurrence. Ministry Obstacles: The Wolof generally have not been open to the Christian Gospel. Pray this will change. Outreach Ideas: Christian believers living to the south of Senegal may have access to the Wolof. Pray they be given a heart to attempt this. Pray for the followers of Christ: Pray for the few Christian believers among the Wolof, that they will grow in grace and knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ. Pray they will represent him faithfully. Pray for the entire people group: Pray for the Wolof tribes of Senegal to have adequate health care, and to be able to care properly for their families.
