June 30, 2018

Team Expansion General Request
There remain Muslim groups that have no Christians among them, no Scriptures, and no workers. The Karata (Russia) place their loyalties to clan and family and live in rugged terrain in Dagestan. The Dabarre in Somalia are primarily farmers, speak Arabic as a trade language. The family is ruled by the male. The village is ruled by a council of elders from each family. Decisions and business with other villages are conducted by the council. The Midob (Western Sudan) are Arabicized, nomadic herders in search of good graze. Pray for disciples of Jesus to go and make disciples of these nations. Pray for oral Bible stories to sweep through these cultures and be transformed by God’s Word. Pray for men to come to Christ and lead their families and villages in obedience to Him.
Final 58 in Laos
Pray for the Final 58 Team. Pray for God’s guidance, wisdom and protection. Pray for thoroughness and accuracy. Pray for stamina and energy for the long hours on roads and trails.
Gospel Breakthrough
Workers have requested we pray for a great movement of God among these specific people groups or cities in which they serve: the Serbs of Bosnia; the Khmer in Cambodia; the Punjabi Sikhs in India; Ancona and Rome, Italy; Tokyo, Japan; the Mien of Laos; the Druze in Syria; and the people of Taiwan.

Team Expansion General Request
As part of an initiative to reach the 30 largest cities in the world, Disciple Making Movement training will be offered in Manila. Missionaries from the Philippines are very good at cross-cultural work and can help take the Gospel throughout Asia. Pray that thousands come to know Jesus as Savior and Lord as a result of this training.
Final 58 in Laos
The country of Laos has 58 unengaged/unreached people groups remaining to be touched by the Gospel. Prayer and plans are in motion to reach these last people groups. A survey team is confirming the name and location of each people group. When the survey is complete, Lao missionaries will be sent to start making disciples and planting churches. Ask God’s protection over survey team and His guidance to find each group. Ask God to prepare workers to serve each group making up the list of Final 58.
Gospel Breakthrough
What does it take for spiritual strongholds to be destroyed? Persistently asking God to get it done. Pray with workers serving in these specific people or places for God to break through the spiritual barriers so that His Word may transform: the Serbs of Bosnia; the Khmer in Cambodia; the Punjabi Sikhs in India; Ancona and Rome Italy; Tokyo, Japan; the Mien of Laos; the Druze in Syria; and the people of Taiwan.

Please praise God with ZS that this last month brought him another step closer to finishing his studies. He spent two weeks attending classes at the Crimean Federal University, passed the exam in History and Philosophy of Science, and went through the mock-defense at the Oriental Languages Department. He also was able to contact the Dissertation Committee of Kazan Federal University and spoke with them about doing the defense there. There are only two places where he can defend his dissertation, one being in Moscow at the Linguistics Institute, and the other one in Kazan, the capital of Tatarstan and supposedly the intellectual capital of the Turkic world. This last place is where he hopes to submit his papers in the end of August and face the Dissertation Committee later in the year. Please pray that this might be possible. Continue to thank God for the Bible in the Crimean Tatar language and pray that many might hide its words in their hearts and follow Jesus.

Team Expansion General Request
Sometimes it is hard to imagine the expansion of the church happening again like it happened in the book of Acts. However, if people today saw the same signs and wonders that the people witnessed then, the church would expand rapidly. Pray that God reveals Himself to people of the Pacific Rim as He sees fit, so that churches will multiply and expand like the early church!
Final 58 in Laos
Pray for the Alak, 23,500 followers of ethnic religions, and for the Alu, 2,200 also followers of ethnic religions. Ask God to break the powers of fear and darkness that bind these people.
Gospel Breakthrough: The Serbs of Bosnia
Pray against the spirit of darkness that compels so many Muslims to write off the message of the Bible without investigation. Pray that Satan will be bound and ultimately fail in his efforts to keep the minds of the Serbs closed to the truth of the Gospel.

Join R and D in praying for the CBS study group in South Asia. Pray that many will become disciples. Pray that the Young Adult Fellowship will continue to grow. Ask for wisdom for Lalit as he begins to lead the Beggar community. Pray that the micro businesses for this community will go well. Pray for a true Upper-Class Fellowship to form in the neighborhood in which R and D are living.

Team Expansion General Request
Give thanks to God for His faithfulness and guidance to a couple who has been serving many years and moved out of a strict Muslim law area into a predominantly Christian area. They are networking with other organizations to create a language and culture center that will be a base to develop written and oral material with a view to reaching unreached peoples in 3 provinces. Their personal focus is on the most unreached areas. Pray that this culture center would provide freedom in Christ for thousands upon thousands coming out of a Muslim background.
Final 58 in Laos
Pray for the Arem, (750) and for the Bit, (2000) both groups are followers of ethnic religions.
Ask God to deliver them from the dominion of darkness and bring them into His glorious light.
Gospel Breakthrough: The Serbs of Bosnia
Pray for the children born in Bosnia this month to grow up with the opportunity to hear and treasure the Good News of God’s love and truth in Jesus. Pray that the schemes of the enemy will have no authority in their lives to steal, kill, or destroy. Watch over these little ones, Lord, we pray.

Most children in Indonesia have not heard about the love of Jesus. Mosques are abundant but provide no real hope. The islands of Indonesia are rich in beauty. Ask God to supply people of retirement age to share oral and written stories about God’s way of salvation with the 42,900 Muslim Tamiang.
Final 58 in Laos
Pray for the Bo, 4,100 followers of ethnic religions. Pray for the Cham, 225 followers of Islam.
Ask God to reveal Himself to the Cham in visions and dreams as Jesus the one, true sacrifice for their sins, King of Kings, and Lord of Lords.
Gospel Breakthrough: The Serbs of Bosnia
In Ephesians 1:23, God says that His Church is the Body of Christ, “the fullness of Him who fills all in all.” Pray for the church in Bosnia to humbly embrace its divine identity and role in the world.
