Two Lao national missionaries returned to Jawhoi village with one family of believers and found the husband extremely sick with a toothache. They prayed for him, but then his wife asked them to leave so he could rest. It was dark, and the team had no place to stay. One grandfather recognized them from a previous trip and invited them home. After dinner, the team shared the Gospel with this man and his friends, and all six believed! Praise God for this grandfather and his friends coming to faith in Christ. Pray they share what God has done for them.
Pray that Mien believers would intentionally plant churches and that abundant evangelism might transform into a full-blown church multiplication movement.
Join J and K in praying for the Gospel to spread and take root in southeast Asia. Pray for churches to be planted and communities transformed. Pray for the eradication of COVID-19 in this area and around the world. It is the smoky season in the country in which they work.
