On this first Sunday of Advent, Hope is the theme. Read Isaiah 40:1-4. Let us pray together that believers are reminded that Jesus is the Hope of the nations, the Hope of the church, and the Hope toward which all of history is pointing. And may that renewed hope in our Savior be a light to you wherever you are in the world. Let’s join our hearts together as a global church this Advent in longing for and adoring our Savior.
