Staff Supervisor

Eight hours per day or as need requires

ORIENTATION PLAN/TRAINING/EVALUATION

  • Attend Launch
  • Meet at a minimum once/month with Facilities Manager for re-evaluation and planning (LIFT)
  • Search for and participate in appropriate courses, seminars, or other training opportunities to improve skills needed for the job

  • Work in coordination with Facilities Manager in the development and maintenance of the Emerald Hills campus.
  • Assist Facilities Manager to recruit volunteers for maintaining Emerald Hills.
  • Assist in the efforts of the Facilities Manager and volunteers in areas of regular maintenance and janitorial care.
  • Serve in the setting up and arranging of furnishings to accommodate activities and events. Some weekend work required depending on volunteer schedules.
  • Raise needed support.
  • Assume duties of Facilities Manager during the absence of such.
