We’re actively seeking men and women with a passion for planting simple churches using the Disciple-Making Movement tools in an oral context.

TEAMMATES/MISSIONARIES IN GHANA

The team in Ghana is seeing an amazing movement of God, as disciples are multiplying in many regions. They are actively seeking teammates who can join the movement. This context is unique, with the main avenue for influence being through agriculture. The team uses a technique called Farming God’s Way, as well as animal husbandry, and Community Health Education (CHE). Training is available both Stateside and on the field. The team works closely together and in training nationals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Raise needed support
Train for the field, as advised by the respective Team Leader, Field Coordinator and/or International Services representative
Create and design creative and effective ministries to communicate Christ’s hope
Work harmoniously with other team members, encouraging them to do the same
Communicate responsibly
Pray daily for ministry needs
Seek the vision of the respective Team Leader
Grow spiritually
Evaluate constantly to help improve one’s ministries
Trust in God for the fulfillment of these ministries

QUALIFICATIONS

Background or aptitude in agricultural pursuits
Love for the Lord Jesus Christ
Love for the lost
A burning compassion for and deep commitment to help unreached people groups experience in ministry and discipleship
Creativity
Willingness to pray
Administration skills, as needed, for maintaining a good relationship and accountability to supporters
Ability to work well with a group of volunteers
Not given to a critical spirit
“Can-do” attitude
Self-starter
Willingness to utilize e-mail communication, or other means if email is unavailable
Willingness to live in the target area
